When you sign up for any reading, you agree that you are using the service at your own risk.
Readings are not refundable if you miss your appointment or don’t answer when called. There is a 15 minute grace period after first missed call. Cancellations must be done 3 hours prior to reading to receive a refund. No refunds will be given after the reading has started.
When a reading is booked I have 72 hours to complete your reading. If I miss the appointment due to emergency I will try to complete the reading within 72 hours.
